Founder and former president of Cars.com Mitch Golub became an angel investor and joined the board of directors at CarLabs in late 2016. He was recently appointed as the chairman of the CarLabs board and has increased his advisory role with the company. Golub sold Cars.com to Gannett in 2014 for $2.75 Billion.
He is currently the president of MFG Digital, which invests and consults with digital start ups. He has an extensive background in new media, new business start-ups, and developing new products. Golub also provides frequent commentary and analysis to publications such as Automotive News, Auto Remarketing, NADA’s Auto Exec and has addressed consumer interests in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
