Former Head of Prime Services for Asia Pacific at Societe Generale joins CarLabs, Inc.
Laurent Cunin, international investment banking veteran, joins CarLabs as Chief eXperience Officer.
CarLabs (www.carlabs.com), the premier AI-driven, ad-tech and conversational commerce platform for the automotive industry, adds international investment banking veteran Laurent Cunin to its executive ranks as Chief eXperience Officer.
Mr. Cunin will be based on the East Coast and help fuel the start-up company’s growth in both North America and overseas.
“I wanted to finally combine my passion for cars with my business expertise gained during my 25-plus years in investment banking all around the world,” said Cunin.
Prior to leaving Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Bank, Cunin oversaw the development of 7 different countries for Prime Services (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, India and China). Mr. Cunin led the organization through the acquisition of Newedge by Société Générale. He also successfully negotiated the sale of a company in China and spearheaded major client development in emerging markets. Prior to this, he had been acting CEO and Head of Sales of Newedge Americas, based in New York.
